Refund policy

Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at support@myluxtrio.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to process your cancellation before the order is confirmed.
Changes to your shipping address or other information can also be requested within this 2-hour window.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must include the original packaging and any tags.

To start a return, please contact us at support@myluxtrio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase and a return tracking number when sending your item. Without a tracking number, your refund may be denied.
Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@myluxtrio.com, so we can evaluate and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (beauty, hygiene)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to ask us at support@myluxtrio.com.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend starting a return and placing a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
